When Mahlex purchased a building in the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough of Montreal, it was dilapidated to the point that the city of Montreal had to evacuate all residents from the “uninhabitable property” and declare it condemned. We were brought in to completely renovate the building, dubbed Le 1150. On a 4 million dollar budget, we demolished and rebuilt the interior, adding to the revitalization of the area. Architectural work was done by MU Architecture.
