Neurotherapie Montreal
RUSS+Co was brought in to build treatment and procedure rooms, a sonograph room, and a c-arm fluoroscopy room. These aid in treating patients with anxiety, depression, pain, sleep disorders, cognitive decline, and traumatic brain injuries.
TAV College
As part of a TAV College revamp, we deconstructed and rebuilt the exterior envelope of the original building, upgraded its thermal and energy efficiency with modern products and materials, and decked it out with beautiful new natural stone Thin-Clad Rainscreen from Arriscraft.
Lac a la Truite
Located in the Laurentians, this massive 3-storey building was constructed in an area with a very high water table. Specialized materials were brought up into the mountains to keep the water at bay throughout our 7-foot-deep excavation, and to hold the water out after the project was completed.
Tefron
We were brought in for a commercial buildout and office renovation at their 7500 square foot Montreal showroom that allowed the company to move its North American headquarters into the newly revamped space.
Ergonofis
Our challenge was to construct a high end showroom built to dazzle customers. Considering Ergofonis’ growth since project completion, we can proudly boast that the showroom has been a resounding success.
Moroccan Oil
We converted a 5,500 square foot warehouse into a beautiful showroom and office space, renovating and conducting the buildout of sleek offices, a customer service department, and a new showroom.
Laurendeau Apartments
A new construction in Ville Emard, the Laurendeau Apartments has 6 units on 3 floors plus a mezzanine.
Cremazie Parkade
The 50,000 square foot structure will provide enough parking for residents of nearby condos and offices.
Clickspace Chabanel
In March 2020, during the height of the global pandemic, we demolished and cleaned 12,600 square feet using careful planning and specialized mechanical demolition techniques in under 72 hours. We then constructed the avant garde office space, finishing ahead of schedule and helping revitalize Montreal’s Chabanel corridor.
Benny & Fils
As part of a rebrand, Benny & Fils Mediterranean Smokehouse had RUSS+CO Construction gut and build a sleek, classy restaurant with a mid-Eastern ambiance.
Linton Apartments
Working with a one million dollar budget, we gutted, renovated and did structural work on the 4-storey Linton Apartments complex.
Circle Road Project
Located on the edge of Westmount, we restored a beautiful 120 year old building on Circle Road. The building was completely renovated and modernized, creating luxurious and comfortable living spaces for the 12 large apartments.
Chabad Mile End
When Chabad Mile End purchased their Parc Avenue location, the building required major structural work to convert the space into a Synagogue and Jewish community centre.
Westmount Condos
In response to damages incurred to a four-story apartment complex in Westmount, RUSS+Co was commissioned for the comprehensive renovation and restoration of the building, meticulously reinstating its architectural integrity to reflect the design aesthetics of the 1950s, encompassing all exterior architectural elements.
Mehadrin Butcher
We were commissioned for a two phase reno project that involved significant structural work inside a 100 year old building on the corner of Bernard and Hutchison. We immediately faced a daunting challenge: renovating a retail store and butcher shop while it continued operations.
Montréal-North industrial Project
In this large-scale industrial redevelopment project, RUSS+Co delivered all the drawings and pre-construction coordination for a 126,000 sq ft industrial expansion in St Michel featuring 32 foot ceilings with ESFR sprinkler systems and 9 inch slab on grade with 12 loading docks and two drive-in docks.
Parc Condos
Located in the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough, this project required the construction of a new independent structure adding two floors to an existing building. To accomplish this feat, we built a new steel structure frame inside the walls of the building.
Pierce Hotel
Reflective materials such as backlit stretched canvas was used as part of the construction to expand the space and optimize feelings of comfort and warmth in each room.
Le 1150
We were brought in to completely renovate the building, dubbed Le 1150. On a 4 million dollar budget, we demolished and rebuilt the interior, adding to the revitalization of the area.
ELNA Medical
We constructed ELNA’s flagship VIP clinic in Rockland Shopping Centre for corporate and private medicine, which will also have a walk-in section that includes procedure rooms for a variety of specialists including gynecologists, ORLs, ophthalmologists, etc.
Rabbinical College
After a year spent educating students over Zoom, Rabbinical College, a school in the Cote-des-Neiges borough of Montreal, gathered the funds for a full scale renovation of their 30,000 square foot building. With classes starting in September, we were given six weeks (during the height of the pandemic when Canada faced serious labor and material shortages) to complete what would normally take four months of work.
Octave Development
Concluding the project on time during the global pandemic when faced with significant delays and shortages was a challenge, yet we were able to finish ahead of schedule.
Mikvah Israel
Four new Mikvahs were developed and constructed under the guidance and oversight of numerous local and international rabbis, to ensure it meets the standards of every group within the Jewish community of Montreal.
Mid-Town Project
Assuming the role of construction manager, aside from being the General Contractor, RUSS+Co will be serving as the owner’s consultant through the full design, development, and construction of this spectacular project.
Eye T Consulting
Located at the site where Montreal’s first drive-up bank teller was erected, we took the challenge of constructing a three-storey commercial building while maintaining the character and integrity of the original structure, and fitting in with the development of mid-town Montreal.
Cote des Neiges Condos
Located across the street from the Jewish General Hospital, this 6-storey condo building contains apartments and a beautiful storefront. Despite delays due to the Coronavirus, the project was delivered on schedule.
