Clickspace Chabanel

Chabanel. The heart of Montreal’s “garment district” and the centre of Canada’s fashion industry. With demand for space at a premium, Clickspace arrived with a trendy and innovative concept: shared office space optimized for e-commerce that fosters collaboration, adaptability, and communal studio and storage space.

In March 2020, during the height of the global pandemic, we demolished and cleaned 12,600 square feet using careful planning and specialized mechanical demolition techniques in under 72 hours. We then constructed the avant garde office space, finishing ahead of schedule and helping revitalize Montreal’s Chabanel corridor.
