Parc Condos

Located in the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough (4510 Parc), this project required the construction of a new independent structure adding two floors to an existing building. To accomplish this feat, we built a new steel structure frame inside the walls of the building.

The completed project is a magnificent four storey structure containing 10 condos and two commercial spaces. The top two floors are slightly set back from the lower facade, allowing for more privacy. The loggia-style corridor provides a beautiful outdoor space that overlooks Jeanne Mance Park, and lowers the acoustic volume of the traffic.
